Donors such as alumni, friends, and/or grateful patients will be identified by listening for opportunities to align their interests and passions with opportunities to donate to the university. The aim of the role is to actively manage a portfolio of prospective donors to be asked for major gifts of $100,000 and above. Preparation for the “ask” will include creative and strategic utilization of resources to determine the prospective donor’s capacity for giving, build their interest, raise their sights, sustain their engagement and obtain a gift. Success in the position will be guided by annual metrics such as number of monthly meetings, number of gift commitments, and dollars raised. Central resources such as a robust donor database, and reporting and analytics tools exist to help the role achieve goals and manage an allocated budget. All required paperwork must be turned-in to the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director designee (Office Manager by 8 a.m. every Monday from the previous week. Examples: properly completed consent forms, signed treatment plans, quarterly reviews, communication logs, discharge summaries, release/exchange of information forms, etc. Also, daily individual billing and weekly timesheet. All input to the EHR must be up-to-date. Maintains and records daily client progress notes as soon as possible but not exceed 24 HOURS of seeing the client. Documents non-billable contacts with the clients to show history of follow-up and/or non-compliance. Updates necessary client demographics information in EHR system by the 20th of each month GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrates positive clinical outcomes and overall client satisfaction. Provides services that meet the productivity and quality service standards of FS Cooperates and supports FS’s quality and performance improvement activities and initiatives. Works toward developing, fostering, and maintaining positive, proactive relations with other community service providers. Support FS’s culture that honors individuality while promoting collaborative effort and teamwork. Participate in employee surveys to promote cooperative, interactive, supportive, collective entrepreneurship. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors or Master’s Degree Preferred or Demonstrated Experience in Clinical Care Experience in Outpatient Behavioral Health Setting preferred. Certification: Able to participate in First Aid, CPR, Verbal/Physical De-escalation; and FS required professional development training. Other: Valid Ohio Driver’s License. Must pass BCI check, all Corporate Compliance checks and employment drug screen.
